ARRIVE ON TIME clients are not permitted to arrive more than 5 minutes late. Open spots will be given to waitlist clients at that point.

As before any workout keep it light. It is recommended to not eat extremely heavy approximately two hours prior to class. Drink lots of fluids.
We have loaner equipment on first come first serve basis. For yoga and fire barre you will need a yoga mat, and barre socks are recommended for the barre class. Boxing gloves are required for punch classes and wraps are recommended.

Wear comfortable workout clothes. You will sweat a lot. Fabrics that become very heavy when saturated are not recommended.
Just come to class and start! We don't get hung up on labeling "beginner or expert" as yoga is a lifelong journey. Our experienced and knowledgeable teachers are able to accommodate all of the students in a class. They will assist you in finding the modifications to the poses that are always available, and best work for your personal practice.
Expect a wonderful experience. Our instructors are extremely knowledgeable and will guide you through the class. There is no judgement and everyone moves at their own pace. Listen to your body.
No, this is a common misconception as yoga is not all about flexibility. This particular type of yoga builds strength on and off the mat. Many yogis that have been practicing for years still take modifications to the poses. It is about doing the pose with the correct posture that works best for your anatomy, which lengthens and awakens your body and muscles and makes you feel amazing. You will develop your core strength, improve cardiovascular condition, muscular and respiratory health.
